Calligraphy

Tonight I had my first Calligraphy class. Bill Fulmer, the teacher, is an elderly man who lives across the street from me and goes to my church. So tonight at 6:55 I drove to the down town location of our council of the arts and I walked in the front door. There are 6 women in the class and one man who help’s Bill. It was fun. I tried out a REAL calligraphy pen tonight and decided that I am going to have to go and get one, even if it isn’t top notch. It makes a huge difference between using that and just a felt tip marker used for Calligraphy. We also saw a bunch of samples of work. It was all so beautiful! Maybe I will be able to be that good one day!
